Requirements:
  • at least 1 year experience in maintenance and administration of the Service Desk systems;
  • knowledge of IBM Smartcloud ServiceDesk is desirable;
  • profound knowledge and understanding of ITSM in incident management;
  • SQL knowledge and scripting skills;
  • knowledge of HTML, XML, HTML, CSS;
  • ability to work with English technical documentation;
  • teamwork experience;
  • interpersonal skills;
  • fast learner;
  • initiative;
  • higher technical education.
Responsibilities:
  • IBM Smartcloud ServiceDesk system support;
  • administration of the Service Desk system of the bank;
  • troubleshooting incidents;
  • development of the Service Desk system;
  • writing instructions for first-line support and users;
  • acting as a senior specialist in the first-line support;
  • communication with contractors regarding the operation of the Service Desk system.
