HR Administration Specialist


  • University degree;
  • at least 2 years of work experience in personnel administration(preferably in large organizations);
  • perfect knowledge of the Labor Law;
  • knowledge of the PROFIX program (desirable);
  • stress resistant, sociable and communicative personality.
  • a full cycle of personnel office work (documenting the processes of admission, transfers, dismissal, leave, travel, registration of sick-lists);
  • advice and provision of methodological and practical assistance to structural units and employees of the bank on labor law and personnel administration;
  • maintaining the personnel module of the PROFIX program.
