HR Administration Specialist
- University degree;
- at least 2 years of work experience in personnel administration(preferably in large organizations);
- perfect knowledge of the Labor Law;
- knowledge of the PROFIX program (desirable);
- stress resistant, sociable and communicative personality.
- a full cycle of personnel office work (documenting the processes of admission, transfers, dismissal, leave, travel, registration of sick-lists);
- advice and provision of methodological and practical assistance to structural units and employees of the bank on labor law and personnel administration;
- maintaining the personnel module of the PROFIX program.
