Registration in Pivdenny MyBank remote banking system

If you do not have a login and password (for unlocking), contact the Customer Support Centre of Pivdenny Bank by calling 0800307030 or the chatbot to obtain/restore access to your personal account.

Registration in Pivdenny Online mobile application

You must have an active payment card to install the mobile application. What you need to do:

  1. download the application from Apple Store or Google Play to your smartphone;
  2. add the phone number registered in the bank;
  3. enter the data of the active payment card of Pivdenny Bank (card number and PIN code from it);
  4. create a password for the next application login.

Cashless transfer of funds in foreign currency on the basis of family ties

Conditions for the sender and recipient of funds in foreign currency:

  1. have a family connection (the relevant supporting document must be submitted remotely to the bank);
  2. residents of Ukraine;
  3. have card accounts in Pivdenny Bank in the currency of the transfer;
  4. updated client data;
  5. no seizure or blocking of the account, no negative information or imposition of other sanctions, etc.;
  6. fee for payment - No (fee for crediting of the funds may be withheld by the recipient in accordance with the bank's tariffs);
  7. limit on the amount of the transaction and per day - No;

the term for fulfilling an application is two working days, excluding the date of submission.

How to order the service?

  1. Log in to Pivdenny MyBank remote banking system.
  2. Go to the ‘Ordering services’ section – ‘Create an application’.
  3. Select ‘Product/service’ – ‘Currency transfer to a relative’s account within the bank’ – ‘Details’. ‘Application for transfer in foreign currency'

    Fill in the mandatory details, such as:
    - type of account (current or card), number and currency of the sender’s account;
    - write down the amount in numbers and the amount in words manually (for example, 12,000.00 and, accordingly, in capital letters and with cents: Twelve thousand US dollars 00 cents);
    - details of the recipient (surname, name, patronymic in full, location, account in IBAN format);
    - indicate the type of family relationship (for example, ‘wife’).
  4. Sign with OTP password.
  5. Go to the ‘Messages’ section – ‘Create a message’ and add a scanned copy in PDF format of the document confirming the family relationship and send it to the bank (instructions for the client are attached).

If the transaction is successful, the funds are transferred to the recipient’s account during business hours (from 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+2).

Issuing an additional card for a husband/wife/other relative of a seafarer client

For this you need to:

  1. Log in to the personal account of Pivdenny MyBank remote banking system via the link: https://my.bank.com.ua, enter your login and password.
  2. In the main menu, select the ‘Ordering services’ section – ‘Create an application’ and select ‘Product/service’ – ‘Payment cards’ – ‘Details’ – ‘Issuance of an additional PC’.
  3. In the application that has been created, check the information and select the account number, card class from the list, specify the mobile phone number of the Ukrainian operator of the additional card holder to connect the Mobi-Card service and the address of the bank branch to which the card will be sent, fill in the data of the additional holder (husband/wife/other relative) according to passport data: surname, name, patronymic in Cyrillic and Latin letters, series and number of passport, issuing authority, date of issue, number in the register and validity period of the passport (if available), place of birth, TIN, city/country of residence, address of registration according to the passport document.
  4. Click ‘Sign (SMS/Viber)’, enter the operation confirmation code (OTP password).

Activation of a new card

  1. Log in to Pivdenny MyBank remote banking system (web version) or Pivdenny Online mobile application;
  2. In the main menu, select the ‘Ordering services’ section – ‘Create an application’, ‘Product/service’ – ‘Payment card’ – ‘Details’ – ‘Activate PC’, then you need to fill out the application form and select from the list of PCs that need to be activated.
  3. The deadline for processing an application for payment card activation is two working days. The client receives a message from the bank about processing of the application and successful activation of the payment card, after which it is necessary to check the status of the card in Pivdenny MyBank.

Extension/reissuance of a payment bank card

If a seafarer is abroad and cannot go to a bank outlet on his own, this can be done through the web version of Pivdenny MyBank remote banking system or Pivdenny Online mobile application.

For this you need to:

  1. Log in to your personal account via the link: https://my.bank.com.ua/ (enter your login and password).
  2. In the main menu, select the ‘Ordering services’ section, click the ‘Create an application’ button and select ‘Product/services’ – ‘Accounts’ and ‘Details’ – ‘Reissue of PC’.
  3. In the application that has been created, check the information, select the card number from the lists, the reason for the reissue and the desired address of the bank outlet to which the card will be sent.
  4. Click the ‘Sign (SMS/Viber)’ button, enter the code, and the application will be processed within two days.
  5. Next, you need to activate the card by contacting the Customer Support Centre of Pivdenny Bank by calling 0800307030, or in the web version of Pivdenny MyBank remote banking system.

Possibility of delivery of cards abroad

Clients being holders of Visa Signature or Mastercard World Elite cards are provided with the service of international delivery of payment cards by the DHL mail agent.
To be able to receive the service, the client must have:

  1. access to MyBank (web version);
  2. access to the phone number specified in the programme as a single financial number (SFN);
  3. access to the phone number of the operator of the foreign country of actual stay;
  4. no existing seizures/blockings/negative information or imposition of other sanctions etc. on the accounts;
  5. a card issued in the outlet;
  6. no funds on the account of the ordered card.

Limits for the use of cards - for clients who are abroad

Hryvnia payment cards – withdrawal of UAH 50,000 (equivalent) per month abroad, but no more than UAH 12,500 (equivalent) for 7 calendar days.

Hryvnia payment cards card settlement at the level of 100,000 hryvnias/month (purchases from all hryvnia cards of the client abroad).

Foreign currency accounts – withdrawal of UAH 100,000 (equivalent) per day.
