The hotline is a reliable, fast and efficient way to contact PIVDENNY Bank to report an existing or potential breach related to:

  • violation of consumer rights;
  • fraud committed by bank employees during the performance of banking transactions;
  • abuse of power by bank personnel;
  • discrimination;
  • violation of the laws of Ukraine and regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine and other public authorities by bank personnel.

The bank reviews each incident according to the objectives and principles of the hotline, but the applicant should have reasonable grounds to believe that the information in the submitted report is true and trustworthy. The bank, however, will not review materials containing obscenities or offensive language.

The hotline will not review complaints or provide advice on bank services.

The bank guarantees the confidentiality of the information it receives. Your personal data will only be processed with your consent.

Reports may be also sent to the hotline anonymously. However, submission of the applicant’s personal data may help the bank ensure feedback regarding the status of the review. Anonymous messages received by the hotline will be processed along with other reports, subject to the existence of sufficient information required for their review.

The bank will not prosecute any applicant who conscientiously reports illegal acts or violations in good faith. However, applicants who knowingly report false data/information may be prosecuted according to existing legislation.
