Thanks to Visa+ technology (Visa Alias), it is much easier now to send money to your relatives or acquaintances in the Pivdenny Online mobile application! You no longer need to know the receiver’s card number, just enter his/her phone number.

How do I sign up in the service? 

  1. Open the Pivdenny Online mobile application. 
  2. Select the Visa or Mastercard payment card in UAH and in the "Card settings" menu, activate "Payments by phone number".
  3. Congratulations! Now other users of the service will be able to transfer money to you only by entering your phone number!

Features of the service:

  • The client has a financial number in the bank and is a user of the Pivdenny Online application 
  • Only the card issued in the name of the account holder can be added to the service
  • The card is not blocked, and it is not expired
  • The client has the opportunity to activate the service in banks at his/her own discretion, and the transfer will be received only on the last card added to the service. You can change the card for receiving transfers or check the status of the added card in the Pivdenny Online mobile application.
  • For a successful transfer, both the sender and the receiver must be added to the service
  • For such transfers, in the “Transaction Details” in the Pivdenny Online application, you can see information about the phone number to which the transfer was sent and the name of the receiver’s bank.

    How do I send a transfer using the service?

    • Open the Pivdenny Online mobile application 
    • In the Transfers section, go to the selection of the receiver in the "To" field.
    • On the “Receiver” screen, select “By Phone Number” option.
    • Press the "Select number" button. The choice of the receiver of the transfer can be made through the contacts of the phone book or by manually entering the number.
    • Click the "Confirm" button, and that's it: then the payment is made as a standard P2P transfer.

      Possible consequences for the Client in the case of using the “Payments by Phone Number” service: 

      Risk of fraud related to the unauthorized use of card data or Client’s data. More information

      The Client has the right to refuse the Application Agreement for the Provision of Services (if provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine) and early terminate this Agreement and close the accounts on the basis of a written application (except for cases when early closure of accounts/refusal/termination of the agreement is prohibited by the current legislation), provided that there is no debt to the Bank, the current Application Agreements/Agreements and all payment cards have been returned at the request of the Bank, including those issued to the Client's authorized persons. This Agreement shall be deemed terminated on the day of closure of all accounts and full performance of obligations under this Agreement. 

      The Client has the right, after the termination of the Application Agreement for the Provision of Services, including in connection with the expiration, termination or implementation of such Agreement, to apply to the Bank with a request for information (reference) concerning the fulfilment by the parties of their obligations established by the Agreement, including information (reference) confirming the absence of debt and fulfilment of the Client's obligations under the Agreement in full, which the Bank provides in the form of a paper or electronic document (at the Client’s choice) within five working days from the date of receipt by the financial institution of such a request. 

      Possible consequences for the Client in case of use of payment cards: 

      When issuing and maintaining current accounts with the use of electronic payment means, namely, payment cards, performing payment transactions with cards for debiting or crediting funds, fees may be charged both by the bank issuing the card and by other banks, taking into account the costs associated with the tariffs of other banking institutions of Ukraine.       In case of non-fulfilment by the Client of obligations under the Agreement on Complex Services to Individuals and/or annexes thereto, the Bank may suspend (block) card payments and/or invalidate the card until such violations are eliminated, as well as demand early fulfilment of debt obligations in whole or in the part determined by the Bank, including by direct debiting amounts of debt repayment at the expense of funds on other accounts of the Client with the Bank, as well as transfer information about the debt to the credit bureau/Credit Register of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding the negative credit history, which may be taken into account by the Bank when making a decision on granting a loan in the future, take legal action in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.       The Bank shall be prohibited from requiring the Client to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or its related or affiliated person as a prerequisite for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services). 

      The Bank shall not have the right to make changes to agreements concluded with clients unilaterally, unless otherwise provided by the agreement or by law.
