In accordance with the norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Documents and Electronic Document Management", the bank accepts and registers electronic documents in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of electronic document management. The original of an electronic document is considered to be an electronic copy of the document with the required details, including the electronic signature of the author, equated to a handwritten signature in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services".
Information for who belong to the protected categories
Consumers: borrower – a client of Pivdenny Bank or his/her close persons, representatives, heirs, guarantors or property guarantors, third parties, interaction with whom is provided for by the consumer loan agreement and who have agreed to such interaction, who belong to the protected category* and wish to terminate their interaction with the lender, new lender, debt collection company, individuals and legal entities involved on a contractual basis, for the period of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation, may apply to the bank.
*Protected categories:
- servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations and special purpose law enforcement agencies formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, the State Special Transport Service, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, who perform military service in the territory of Ukraine;
- servicemen who became persons with disabilities as a result of an illness connected with military service or as a result of an illness after their discharge from military service connected with military service;
- family members of servicemen who were killed, died or went missing;
- persons held in captivity, persons with whom contact has been lost, missing persons;
To terminate the interaction, the above persons shall:

- provide copies of supporting documents** on the consumer's belonging to a protected category at the e-mail address: 307030@pivdenny.ua or physical address: 65059, Odesa, 6/1, Krasnova Street, Pivdenny Bank Public Joint Stock Company.
** Supporting documents on the consumer's belonging to the protected category are the following:
- for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations and special purpose law enforcement agencies formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, the State Special Transport Service, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, who perform military service in the territory of Ukraine, - a certificate in the form stipulated by Appendix 2 to the Law of Ukraine On Consumer Lending, sealed with an official stamp and signed by the commander (chief, head) or a person substituting him/her, of the relevant structural unit in which such a serviceman is serving, or by the head of the territorial center of recruitment and social support, which took measures to recruit the consumer for military service. Handwritten certificate is allowed;
- for servicemen who became persons with disabilities as a result of an illness connected with military service or as a result of an illness after their discharge from military service connected with military service, - certificate of a disabled war veteran;
- for family members of servicemen who were killed or died, - a certificate of a family member of the deceased;
- for persons held in captivity, persons with whom contact has been lost, missing persons, for family members of servicemen who have gone missing, - information provided by the state enterprise that performs the functions of the National Information Bureau that the person is held in captivity or hostage by the aggressor state, or is included in the register as a person with whom contact has been lost or who has gone missing.
Attention! A consumer who ceased to belong to a protected category shall notify the creditor, the new creditor within 30 calendar days from the date of ceasing to belong.
