Money transfers in martial law

Currently, the sending of international currency transfers, including via money transfer systems, outside Ukraine is suspended (according to the Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 18 dated 24 February 2022), except for money transfers abroad with the purchase of cashless currency for payment of:

• treatment at healthcare facilities of a foreign state;
• tuition to the accounts of educational institutions of a foreign state;
• patient transportation costs;
• costs related to the death of citizens abroad (transport and burial costs).
