Partial compensation of the cost of equipment "Made in Ukraine"
Partial compensation: 15% of the cost of the machinery and equipment (ex VAT) produced by domestic manufacturers and included in the approved list of machinery and equipment compiled by the Ministry of Economy.
How to apply for compensation:
- Choose a manufacturer out of a list posted on the official website of the Ministry of Economy.
- Buy machinery and equipment from a domestic manufacturer included in the list by visiting your bank branch.
- File an application form and proof of payment for the machinery to a bank.
- Wait for the compensation to be transferred to your bank account.
Application forms and proof of payment for the machinery for receipt of a partial compensation of the cost of the machinery and equipment purchased:
- prior to the 1st day of December of the current budget period are to be submitted by the 5th day of December of the current year;
- after the 1st day of December of the current budget period are to be submitted by the 1st day of April of the following budget period.
Businesses not entitled to compensation:
- bankrupt businesses;
- businesses included in the Sanctions List or related to Russia or Belarus;
- businesses having tax arrears for more than six months;
- businesses operating in war zones etc.
WARNING!
Machinery and equipment thus purchased and for which the buyer receives compensation shall not be resold for three years. Otherwise, the buyer shall return the money to the government and will not be entitled to any compensation for the next three years.
Current limits:
During the budget period, one agricultural producer may claim government support in the amount not exceeding 10 thousand minimum wages as of 01.01.2024 (7100 UAH).
