Pivdenny Bank will change tariffs for individual clients effective 8 August

The updated tariffs for individual clients will take effect at Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank on 8 August 2022.

Major changes:

1. Card tariffs for social payments “Social card” and “Pension card” will be transferred to “Pay-out Card” tariffs. The tariff of the “Student card” – to the “Salary card” tariff.

Recipients of pensions and social benefits will pay a cash withdrawal fee:

• at ATMs of other Ukrainian banks – UAH 5;
• at branches of other Ukrainian banks – 1.5%, min. UAH 5 for each transaction.

Cashless account replenishment:

• 5% for the “Start” tariff plan;
• 3% for the “Prestige” tariff plan.

2. The fee for monthly service of an inactive account will be UAH 50. This commission will not be charged to recipients of pensions and social benefits, namely holders of “Payment card” cards of the “Start” tariff plan.
3. The fee for cash withdrawal abroad will be 1.2%/1.5% + UAH 30.
4. A fee of 0.5% is introduced for cash replenishment of an account in Ukrainian hryvnias at a bank's branch without using a payment card in the “Basic” and "Start" tariff plans of the “Pay-out Card”, “Sailor Card/IT Card” and “Salary Card” tariffs.
5. The fee for receiving a mini-statement at the bank’s ATMs in the “Basic”, “Start” and “Prestige” tariff plans is canceled.
6. The fee for changing the PIN code at ATMs during the validity period of the card in the “Basic”, “Start” and “Prestige” tariff plans is canceled.
7. The fee for each request for information about the balance of funds on the account using the voice menu call to the Bank’s Customer Support Center will be UAH 5.
8. The text of the bank’s tariffs for servicing current accounts with the use of payment cards is restated, in particular, the “Savings account” is deleted and the “Pivdenny Online” mobile application is added.
