As of 8 November, Pivdenny Bank Amends the Agreement on Complex Banking Services

As of 8 November 2021, the updated version of the Agreement on Complex Banking Services for Individual Customers will enter into force at Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank.

The main changes are as follows:

1. The definitions for “MOBI-CARD”, “Card Holder”, “Customer’s Authorised Attorney” and “Financial Phone Number of a Customer” were amended.
2. The section on the conditions for securing funds by the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund has been updated.
3. The total number of payment cards to be issued per client or per additional payment card holder has been limited to 20 (twenty).
4. Information on payment transaction timing as well as payment card activation has been updated.
