Ceremonial matriculation of first-year students at the Faculty of Economics of Taras Shevchenko National University

On 1 September, the Faculty of Economics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv held a ceremonial matriculation of first-year students.

This year, 626 students joined the university family. As tradition dictates, honorary guests took part in the event – among them Andrii Bukin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Pivdenny Bank responsible for Corporate Business.

“We are always glad to support young people and are inspired by your determination to grow and to shape the future of Ukraine’s economy,” said Mr Bukin in his welcome speech to the students. After the official part, the students had the opportunity to ask their questions.

Together we are shaping a generation that will transform the country – this is precisely the aim of our educational project Academic Hub Pivdenny in cooperation with Taras Shevchenko National University, whose new semester begins this month.
