Messages on card transactions are now available in the Pivdenny Online mobile application
Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank has introduced the notification of individual clients about card account transactions by push messages in the new Pivdenny Online application.
So, messages on card debit transactions of up to UAH 200/USD 7/EUR 7 will now be sent only via push messaging in the Pivdenny Online mobile application.
This means that the bank will not send messages via Viber or SMS for transactions of purchases, online payments, card-to-card money transfers and cash withdrawal within the above amount.
To receive messages on such transactions, you need to enable push messages in the Pivdenny Online mobile application. To do this, download the application to your smartphone in Google Play or AppStore and follow these steps:
- Go to “User Profile” in the application.
- Select the “Messages” tab.
- Enable messages.
These changes are introduced by the Individuals Comprehensive Bank Service Agreement of Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank dated 22 June 2022.
