Pivdenny Bank updates its agreement on comprehensive banking services for individuals

Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank has approved a new version of the agreement on comprehensive banking services for individuals which will take effect on 22 June 2022.

Major changes:

• the term “tokenization” has been restated;
• the list of remote orders for products and services of the “Order services” section of the Pivdenny MyBank remote service system has been updated;
• the possibility of unblocking access to Pivdenny MyBank, which was previously blocked at the initiative of the client, has been supplemented by the client’s request to the Customer Support Center;
• given the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Lending”, information on the priority of the borrower’s obligations under a loan agreement as well as penalties has been restated;
