The last day of crediting clients with refunds from trade acquiring for transactions for 29 December 2022.

Crediting payments within the payroll card programs (until 9:30 p.m.).

Acceptance of payment information within the iFOBS Payroll Card Program service until the end of the operation day (until 6:00 p.m.).

Opening/closing accounts of bank’s clients – legal entities/private entrepreneurs until 5:00 p.m.

The System of Electronic Payments works in regular mode; automatic processing of documents works until 11:45 p.m.

iFOBS remote service system works in a limited mode in connection with the implementation of regulatory procedures to close the year.

MyBank and Pivdenny Online remote service systems are operating in a limited mode in connection with the implementation of regulatory procedures to close the year. Remote currency exchange transactions and transfers in the “Bill payment” section will be unavailable from 11:45 p.m. on 30 December 2022. The estimated time of resumption of work is 12:00 p.m. on 31 December 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend that you complete the required transactions and payments in advance. Thank you for your understanding!

From 2 January 2023, the bank works in a regular mode

Payments accepted through iFOBS MyBank and Pivdenny Online remote service systems for the period from 31 December 2022 to 1 January 2023 will be processed.

All applications registered through the "Service Order” service between 6:00 p.m. on 30 December 2022 and 1 January 2023 in the MyBank remote service system (web version) will be processed.
