Pivdenny Bank implements its agreement on comprehensive banking services for legal entities

Starting from 29 July, Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank implements its agreement on comprehensive banking services for legal entities, private entrepreneurs and individuals conducting independent professional activities (ACBSLE).

From now on contracts for certain products or agreements will be entered into within the framework of the ACBSLE.

Within a single document, the bank will present all important information for the client, which concerns:

• terms and conditions of banking and other services;
• features of remote service and requirements for electronic document management;
• client-bank interaction channels;
• new opportunities and services for the client;
• legislative changes and deed.

When amending the content of agreements, the bank will update one document without re-entering into current agreements with the client.

For its part, the client will have the opportunity in advance and on a permanent basis throughout the entire cycle of business relations to read the published information about comprehensive banking services.

In order to join the ACBSLE or accept a public offer, the client needs to sign the appropriate statement on paper when visiting a bank branch or electronically using a qualified electronic signature (QES) in the case of receiving services remotely.

The updated versions of the agreement will be published 10 days before their entry into force, with all previous versions available on the bank’s website here.
