Pivdenny Bank resumes US dollar cash withdrawals

As of 30 March, Pivdenny Bank has resumed cash withdrawals of US dollars.

Withdrawal of US dollars from client accounts (current, including card, deposit):

• without prior order — up to USD 1,000 per day;
• upon prior order — more than USD 1,000 per day.

Disbursement of US dollars in cash upon prior order will be carried out on the third business day after the order is placed.

Please note! No US dollars are currently being sold at the bank's cash desk.

Also, cash transfers of US dollar are temporarily unavailable. These transactions are only possible in non-cash form, followed by a mandatory deposit into a current account.

As advised by Pivdenny Bank, it is preferable to use cashless payments and limit contact with cash during the quarantine period. According to the National Bank, due to the termination of air travel and closure of borders, cash dollars and euros are delivered to Ukraine at a delay.
