Pivdenny Bank Approves Updated Versions of Three Agreements

Pivdenny Bank has approved updated versions of the Payment Service Agreement, the Comprehensive Banking Service Agreement for Individuals, and the Comprehensive Banking Service Agreement for Legal Entities, Sole Entrepreneurs and Individuals Engaged in the Independent Professional Activities.

The updated versions take effect on October 3, 2025.

The key changes involve bringing the provisions of these agreements in line with the applicable legislation. In particular, information related to the terms of providing payment services has been clarified – including the form and procedure for submitting payment instructions and withdrawing the payer’s consent to conduct a payment transaction.

The updated Comprehensive Banking Service Agreement for Individuals now includes terms for the click to pay service, performing instant payments, features of the Open Banking service, as well as the option to have payment cards delivered via a logistics company.

The updated Comprehensive Banking Service Agreement for Legal Entities, Sole Entrepreneurs and Individuals Engaged in the Independent Professional Activities now includes specific provisions on performing instant credit transfers.

The updated Payment Service Agreement now includes terms for card-to-card transfers.
