Pivdenny Bank supports its employees and customers continuing to work in war
Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank operates stably and smoothly despite the critical escalation of events in Ukraine. Unfortunately, a part of the bank's regional branches is closed and the bank is temporarily unable to provide services in full due to the fighting but the safety of the bank's employees and customers is our major priority.
We constantly update information about changes in operation of regional branches and you can track up-to-date information on our website.
The bank has implemented a number of changes to maximize the support of our customers in the current conditions starting from February 24, 2022:
- First of all, Pivdenny Bank has already introduced payment holidays for all its customers.
- Individual customers will be able to take advantage of the payment holidays for three months from March 1 to May 31, 2022. The bank will not charge penalties for overdue debts and will not apply an increased interest rate on all loans.
- Payment holidays are introduced for 30 days for legal entities and apply to both principal amount of a loan and interest.
- The bank has extended the validity of its payment cards which have expired: you can use them to pay in the retail and service chains, withdraw cash from an ATM and so on.
- Customers of Pivdenny Bank can use the service of cash withdrawal or card replenishment at the Ukrnafta filling station. The maximum withdrawal amount is UAH 5,000 per one transaction.
- Penalties for the validity period expiredof the individual bank safe deposit box lease agreement have been canceled beginning with March 1.
Pivdenny Bank continues to take care of its employees under martial law. So, as of March 3, the bank:
- Provided financial assistance in amount of more than UAH 70 million to the bank's employees.
- Saved jobs for all employees during martial law.
- Created a separate telephone support line for employees and Telegram chats where colleagues from different regions can communicate, share the latest news and help each other.
In addition, Pivdenny Bank:
- Paid UAH 20 million of income tax in advance.
- Allocated UAH 590 thousand for the Ukrainian army needs, which protects our country (purchase of bulletproof vests, helmets, medicines).
