Pivdenny Bank has Started Remote Payments to Depositors of Insolvent Banks

Pivdenny Joint Stock Bank has started remote payments to depositors of insolvent banks.

For the period of martial law in Ukraine, reimbursement of funds on deposits of individuals is available without the personal presence of the depositor, i.e. online.

To receive the guaranteed amount of funds through Pivdenny Bank, the bank’s client needs to:

• log in to the web version of the Pivdenny MyBank remote service system here;
• in the "Order services" section select the "Individual Deposits Guarantee Fund of Ukraine" service;
• fill in the "Money transfer application", which will be provided by the system to the client. If the client of Pivdenny Bank does not have an open account in Ukrainian hryvnias, such client will be offered to open an account remotely.
