Be vigilant: how to protect yourself from fraudsters

Recently, cases of fraud in social media and messengers have become more frequent in Ukraine.
Please be careful to comply with information security requirements and use only official channels of communication with ‘Pivdenny’ Bank's Customer Support Centre:
- chat-bots on channels Viber, Telegram, Messenger Facebook, on the Bank's website (bottom right corner);
- e-mail 307030@’Pivdenny’.ua;
- telephone 0 800 30 70 30 (free of charge within Ukraine).

Significant!
To service your card, the Bank has all the necessary information, and only fraudsters request confidential data. So do not share your card and account details under any circumstances:
- card expiry date;
- three-digit security code on the back of the card (CVV2/CVC2 code);
- passwords sent by the Bank in SMS messages;
- PIN code of the card;
- password to MyBank Internet banking;
- - personal identification data: passport series and number, ‘secret word’, recent card transactions.
If personal card details have become known to unauthorised persons,
IMMEDIATELY contact ‘Pivdenny’ Bank's Customer Support Centre at 0 800 30 70 30 and block the payment card.
