Starting 13 September Pivdenny Bank Amends Agreement on Complex Banking Services

As of 13 September 2021, the updated version of the Agreement on Complex Banking Services for Individual Customers will enter into force at Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank.
The main changes are as follows:
- The definition for “Customer financial phone number” has been added to the list of terms and definitions, which will enable a user to set a single phone number confirmed by the customer for all banking systems and services. The definition of “Customer phone number” has been deleted. The definition of “Identification Document” has been also added to the list of terms and definitions and definitions for “Verification”, Identification” and “Credit limit” have been corrected.
- Information on the identification and verification of bank secrecy was updated.
- Due to the termination of the Bank Priority pass service, the relevant section has been removed.
