The clients of Pivdenny Bank are required to confirm their account balances by February 15, 2024

Until February 15, 2024, Pivdenny Bank's individual clients must confirm the balances on accounts as of January 1, 2024, opened in the bank in the client's name.

The process of checking account balances is outlined in clause 3.1.2 of the agreement on comprehensive banking services for individuals.

Clients have the option to confirm their balances by visiting any Pivdenny Bank branch or by independently checking their balances through the Pivdenny MyBank remote service system or the Pivdenny Online mobile application.

If a client does not contact the bank within the specified period, the balance will be considered confirmed.
