Express Lounge. Terms of booking and use:
To book Express Lounge service (VIP Terminal), please contact Mastercard Concierge at least 26 hours prior to your departure. The concierge will need the following information:
- Your surname and given name.
- Your flight information (flight number, departure or arrival time).
- Your car number plate (if you are planning to park your car at the airport).
After that the concierge confirms your booking within an hour and sends a confirmation to you.
How to use this service:
- On the day of your trip, please present your passport at a check-in counter in VIP Terminal.
- From this point on, our managers will take care of everything and ensure that you have a stress-free trip.
- A client is to arrive in VIP Terminal at least 1.5 hour prior to departure in order to avoid stressful rush.
