Cash at the counter: withdraw money wherever it is convenient for you

You can now get cash directly at the checkouts of supermarkets, filling stations, and pharmacies when paying for your purchases.

How do I use this service? Four simple steps to remember:

1. Choose any product sold at a shop, a filling station or a pharmacy with a POS terminal.
2. Tell the cashier “Please add cash to the total” at the counter before billing and say the amount.
3. Enter PIN code into a terminal or use your smartphone biometrics.
4. Get cash and receipt.

Please note!

• You can withdraw up to UAH 6,000.00 per transaction > Note: A retail outlet may set its own limits depending on the availability of cash at the cash register. We recommend that you should clarify the current amount with the cashier before paying.
• This service is only available for Mastercard, VISA and PROSTIR card holders.
• Look for “Cash at the counter” stickers or ask staff of Silpo, ATB, OKKO, WOG, Apteka Dobroho Dniia etc. chains.
