“Money is not an issue.” Episode No. 3: How can I get a refund for tickets or other services?

The wave of cancelled flights due to the coronavirus pandemic led to a number of refund requests for unprovided services – flights, hotel accommodations, concerts, etc. However, airlines and hotels went on the defence: often never promising anything, and at best, customers were offered vouchers or the option to "freeze" tickets for later use. However, this option is not always acceptable. Sometimes you just want to get your money back.
