Information for customers whose cards expire

Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank is trying to ensure the reissue of payment cards that expire in February 2022 and later in normal mode. However, the process of sending and transporting cards to branches depends on the current situation.

The bank provides the following features for the convenience of its clients:

1. the bank extends the validity period of Mastercard cards until the situation in the country improves for holders of these cards valid until February 2022 and later.
2. Unfortunately, the bank cannot extend the validity period of payment cards for Visa cardholders valid until February 2022 or more.

We offer our clients to take the next steps:

• to check urgently the validity period of their Visa card and add it to their Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet;
• to reissue their Visa card remotely after its expiration date and activate it by contacting the Pivdenny Bank Customer Support Center or in the web version of Pivdenny MYbank internet banking;

A card added to your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet will automatically remain up-to-date after activating the reissued card, if the token was issued before the card expired.
