Migration of Mastercard travel services to a new platform – Mastercard Travel Pass

Mastercard Travel Experiences (MTE) digital platform for travellers migrates to a new technological solution – Mastercard Travel Pass (MTP).

This update opens up access to an expanded list of services and an improved interface for planning comfortable trips.

Key stages of adaptation:

• Starting from 12 May: attacting new users to sign up on MTP only.
• Starting from 23 June: MTP authorisation becomes available for existing users, and the Mastercard Travel Experiences platform becomes unavailable.

All customer data, active bookings, and available free pass limits are transferred to the new platform automatically.

How do I start using it?

Just download Mastercard Travel Pass App (AppStore: Mastercard Travel Pass on the App Store; GooglePlay: Mastercard Travel Pass - Apps on Google Play) and use your current MTE account data (e-mail and password) to log in.

The updated platform allows holders of Pivdenny Bank’s Mastercard World Elite cards to create bookings in just a few clicks:

• Fast Track: priority passage through aviation and security control at airports around the world;
• Restaurants: special offers (discounts) in airport restaurants;
• Transfers: ordering individual transfers to/from airports around the world.
