Pivdenny approved a new version of the Payment Services Agreement

Pivdenny Bank has approved a new version of the Payment Services Agreement. The new version enters into force on 5 September 2025.

The main change concerns the termination of services in self-service terminals (software and hardware self-service systems).

Cash services for clients and the provision of payment services under this agreement are carried out exclusively after the Bank has identified and verified the client, and provided the client has submitted the documents and information necessary to establish their identity. Failure to provide the documents required for identification and verification deprives the client of the possibility to receive payment services under this agreement, and is deemed a refusal by the client to accede to this agreement.
