New remote business services are available with an electronic digital signature

Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank is expanding the possibilities offered via remote client service. Now clients can send documents to the bank for active transactions (loans, guarantees, letters of credit, etc.) using the Client-Bank iFOBS. The documents must be signed with a qualified electronic digital signature (EDS) by all persons entitled to operate the account.

You may submit the following documents to the bank:

    1. Loan documentation:
      • Client request for a loan/introducing changes
      • Contracts of purchase/sale/business activity (lease, transportation), etc.
      • Licenses
      • Documents for construction work
      • Documents for lending to agricultural enterprises
      • Borrower's Questionnaire
      • Guarantor’s Questionnaire (signed by the EDS of the guarantor)
      • Business plan
      • Cash-Flow
      • Surety documentation
    2. Security documents:
      • Documents on pledge of property rights under contracts
      • Documents establishing the right to real estate/TC/equipment/goods
    3. Documents on intended use of loan:
      • Intended use documents
    4. Financial Statements:
      • Certificates/documents on loans from other banks
      • Breakdown of balance sheet items/income statements
      • Other financial statement documents
      • Balance sheets, financial statements, cash flow statements
    5. Contracts on active transactions:
      • Tranche Request

In order to send these documents to the bank, please register the foreign keys of all persons who are entitled to operate the account in the Client-Bank iFOBS.

After registering the foreign keys, you will be able to submit documents on active transactions signed by the EDS to the bank.
