Mandatory proof of available account balance by clients by 15 February 2025

Retail clients of Pivdennyi Bank are to get a proof of their available account balance as of 01 January 2025 by 15 February 2025 for accounts set up with the Bank in clients’ name.

Account balance check is performed under Clause 3.1.2. of the complex retail banking agreement.

To check their available balance, the clients may visit the nearest Pivdennyi Bank branch or check their account balance online using Pivdennyi MyBank remote banking system or Pivdenny Online Mobile App.

If the client fails to contact the Bank during the above period, the available account balance check is deemed complete.
