Oleksandr Matyushenko, Director of the Corporate Business Department, becomes a member of the Management Board at Pivdenny Bank

Oleksandr Matyushenko, Director of the Corporate Business Department at Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank, was appointed to the bank's Management Board.

Based on subject to the approval of Matyushenko’s candidacy by the National Bank of Ukraine, the members of the Supervisory Board at Pivdenny Bank decided to appoint him as a member of the bank’s Management Board on 1 January 2021 for a term of 5 years.

Matyushenko was born in Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyi, in the Odesa region. He graduated with distinction from the Odesa State University of Economics with a major in Finance and has more than 15 years of experience in the banking sector.

Matyushenko has been part of the Pivdenny Bank team for 13 years. He started his career in 2007 as Chief Economist of the Loan Department. After that, he became a Leading Economist in the Corporate Banking Department, and, briefly headed the Large Corporate Business Services Department. Since January 2018, he has been the Director of the Corporate Business Department. Matyushenko's responsibilities within the bank's Management Board include corporate and investment business.
