Updated "Elite" Tariff Plan: Privileges Available to the Chosen

Starting from 1st February 2025, the updated "Elite" tariff plan with the Mastercard World Elite card is available to the bank's clients.

Bank Pivdenny has catered to the most demanding clients who value comfort and special treatment.

The tariffs have become even more attractive:

• Registration/change of tariff plan – 3,000 UAH
• Issue of an additional personalised card of the same class – 1,000 UAH

The Lounge Key and Fast Track services have been improved for holders of primary and additional payment cards:

• Within one calendar month from the date of the card issuance, one welcome visit to Lounge Key lounges is available without checking the transaction turnover. For all existing cards, the welcome visit can be used until 28th February 2025.
• Subsequent visits to Lounge Key business lounges are free and unlimited for Mastercard World Elite cardholders and five guests after verifying transactions made with the card in accordance with Mastercard rules (10,000 UAH for 30+5 days prior to the visit).
• Free and unlimited Fast Track service – separate queue for aviation security screening for Mastercard World Elite cardholders and five guests.

With the "Elite" tariff plan from Bank Pivdenny, you receive additional privileges:

• A personal manager who will provide support in resolving both current and urgent financial matters;
• A personal manager’s visit to the client (within the city where the manager is based);
• Individual and confidential service in dedicated premium locations;
• Exclusive support and assistance in resolving complex or non-standard client issues with the involvement of the bank’s specialized experts;
• Remote service option;
• Personalised offers of premium bank products;
• Work with securities;
• Storage of valuables in individual bank safe deposit boxes.
