Updating limits in the Pivdenny Online application

Effective April 28, 2026, the Pivdenny Online mobile app has introduced clarifications regarding the application of client-level limits on transfers to accounts at other banks, accounts of other Pivdenny Bank clients, and Instant Payments.

A client-level limit on the maximum number of open accounts with payment cards, as well as issued additional or reissued payment cards, is set at 5 units per 6 calendar months.

In the event of disagreement with the changes to the terms of service and bank tariffs, the client has the right, prior to the effective date of such changes, to apply to the bank for the termination of the respective application-agreement without any termination fee, provided that all outstanding debts to the bank are fully repaid, including any debt incurred within 30 days from the date of returning payment cards issued to the client or other payment card holders. The changes to the tariffs shall be deemed agreed upon by the client if the client does not notify the bank of the termination of the agreement by the date on which the changes take effect.
