Pivdenny Bank updated the comprehensive bank service agreement for individuals

Due to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Payment Systems” and in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, Pivdenny Joint Stock Company updated the comprehensive bank service agreement for individuals. A new version entered into force on 1 December 2022.

The main changes were made in the following sections:

Section 1. General provisions

Paragraph 1. Terms, definitions and abbreviations.

Paragraph 8. Amendment and termination of the comprehensive bank service agreement.

Paragraph 9. Representations and warranties.

Paragraph 10. Miscellaneous and final provisions.

Section 2. Special provisions

Paragraph 1. Terms and conditions of account opening and service.

Paragraph 9. Rules of using digital tokens in Apple Pay, Google Pay and Garmin Pay mobile payment applications.

Paragraph 11. Other services.
