Pivdenny Named Bank of the Year for International Trade

Pivdenny secured first place among major private banks in the "Bank for International Trade" category, according to the "Banks of the Year" ranking, which has been conducted by FinClub for nine years.

Today, banks play a key role in international trade – facilitating access to new markets, ensuring the flow of funds, and driving economic growth. Financing exporters is a priority for Pivdenny, enabling not only business development but also maintaining the stability of the hryvnia exchange rate.

As noted by Andrii Bukin, Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Management Board, Pivdenny has increased both foreign currency and hryvnia lending by more than 40%: the bank's loan portfolio has grown to UAH 7.2 billion, ranking among the top five in the banking system.

"Banks of the Year" is a ranking that identifies leaders in corporate and retail banking based on National Bank statistics. FinClub analysed reports on the absolute growth of foreign currency loans to legal entities in 2024, with Pivdenny emerging as the undisputed leader with an increase of UAH 2.876 billion.
