Pivdenny Bank is among the Top 25 Best Ukrainian Employers Open to Young Talents

Pivdenny Bank has made the Top 25 Best Ukrainian Employers Open to Young Talents Under 25 according to the annual ratings prepared by STUD-POINT, the Ukraine’s largest student media platform.
Pivdenny was awarded for its bravery, adaptability in conditions of uncertainty, proactive attitude, and cooperation with students.
In 2025, the Bank collaborated with 15 Ukrainian higher education institutions on the basis of cooperation and internship agreements. It is thanks to these partnerships that students have got opportunities for internships in various bank units and learning of the real processes of a financial institution.
The Bank also focused its efforts on live interaction with students and explaining the profession “from the inside.” Pivdenny specialists participated in job fairs at leading higher education institutions, where they explained the students what kind of opportunities await them in case of starting a career in the bank. The Bank paid special attention to educational interaction, i.e. guest lectures and meetings with students, which has become a separate project.
For three years in a row, the key element of student interaction has been Academic Hub Pivdenny Project – a joint initiative of the Bank and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv combining academic training and practical experience. During the past three years, Managerial Thinking: Contemporary Approaches and Practices Course has been attended by about 700 students. The Bank has given out 69 scholarships and 74 certificates of completion.
“The Bank's cooperation with young specialists is not just a one-time initiative but it is an ongoing collaboration with universities and the student community. We take on students for internships, attract candidates without previous experience, and gradually integrate them into the Bank’s team. Last year, we filled 10% of vacancies with junior specialists,” said Yuliia Titurenko, HRD of Pivdenny Bank.
In 2026, the Bank is planning to expand cooperation with Ukrainian higher education institutions, increasing the number of partner universities, and territorially scale educational programmes. A separate focus will be on further development and scaling of the Academic Hub Project as a space for learning, dialogue between business and students, and the formation of a future talent pool.
