Pivdenny Bank has updated the Comprehensive Retail Banking Agreement

Pivdenny Bank has approved a new version of its Comprehensive Retail Banking Agreement. The new version entered into force on 21 July 2023.

The new version of the Agreement is available on the Bank's website here.

In case of disagreement with the amendments made to the Bank's Terms of Service and Tariffs, the Client shall have the right, prior to the effective date of such amendments, to contact the Bank to terminate the relevant Application-Agreement without any termination fee, subject to the prior repayment of all outstanding obligations to the Bank, including any debt incurred within 30 days from the date of return of the Payment Cards issued to the Client or to other Cardholders.
