On the restriction of certain transactions with payment cards during maintenance work 27-28 July 2019

Dear client!

This is to inform you that from 22:00 on 27 July 2019 to 10:00 on 28 July 2019 Pivdenny Joint Stock Bank will carry out maintenance work, during which a number of banking services related to payment cards will be partially unavailable:

• viewing card accounts, card balances and transferring funds, including savings accounts, as well as other card transactions in "Pivdenny Mybank" Internet banking;
• transfers to/from a savings account at ATMs;
• adding cards to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap4Pay wallets;
• access to the personal account of the Mastercard rewards programme.

The following transactions and services will remain available:

• cash withdrawals at ATMs;
• settlements using payment cards in the sales and service network and online, including SMS messages on transaction amounts and 3D Secure confirmation;
• contactless payments using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap4Pay wallets.
