Customers of Pivdenny Bank can apply for a one-time visit to the safe deposit box for their representative

Starting from 7, 2022, customers of Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank will be able to apply for a one-time safe deposit box visit for free via the web version of Pivdenny Mybank internet banking.

Making a corresponding application will allow the customer who rents safe deposit box to remotely authorize their representative to make a one-time visit to this safe. When visiting the bank, the representative must have identity documents and a safe key with him/her.

To make an application in the web version of Pivdenny Mybank internet banking, you have to:

1. Log in to your personal account following the link.
2. Select Order Services section in the main menu, click Create Request button and select the appropriate ones:

• product / service: safe deposit box;
• details: application for a one-time safe deposit box visit.

3. Fill in the details in the application.
4. Click Sign (SMS) button and enter the code that will be sent to the mobile financial phone number.

After completing the application, the client will receive a corresponding message from the bank in Pivdenny MYbank internet banking. The application processing times is up to 2 business days, excluding the date of application submission.
