Pivdenny Bank Amends Agreement on Complex Banking Services for Individual Customers

As of 23 February 2021, the updated version of the Agreement on Complex Banking Services for Individual Customers entered into force at Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank.

The main changes are as follows:

  • a definition for “IBAN” was added to the list of terms and definitions for “Survey”, “Additional Card” and “Key Word” were corrected;
  • from now on, the bank can limit the number of payment cards per client and accounts each client can open; also, information about bank communication channels and some of the bank obligations was clarified;
  • provisions regarding contractual direct debit, as well as representations and warranties to clients were clarified and amended;
  • it is now possible to process information about the delivery of telecommunication and other services and the receipt of these services by the client in order to receive bank services;
  • actions for the dispute settlement procedure were clarified;
  • changes were made regarding the period of validity of the bank deposit agreement in the event of the depositor’s death;
  • actions for setting/changing the individual limit were clarified;
  • some clarifications and changes were made to Section 5 of the Rules for Using the Pivdenny MyBank remote service system.
