From Learning to Leading: How Business Helps Young People Find Their Path

When discussing professional development, it is easy to imagine a universal path: decide, learn, find a job. But in reality, every person’s journey looks different. Some students know from their first days at university which field they want to work in. Others discover their capabilities gradually – through courses, internships, or trying different roles. And some find themselves only through real work, when theory meets practice.

The trajectories may differ, but they all share one thing in common: development happens when a person allows themselves to explore, ask questions, and analyze what truly interests them. These topics were discussed with students during the roundtable “From Learning to Leading. Everyone Has Their Own Path to Revealing Personal Potential”, held in November at the Faculty of Economics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv as part of Academic Hub Pivdenny educational project.
