What banking services for individuals and legal entities are available remotely?

During this period of national quarantine, Pivdenny Bank recommends using remote service channels.

For legal entities, the Client-Bank system iFOBS continues to operate.

Subject to availability and use of the electronic digital signature of "Ukraine" Accreditation Key Certification Centre, clients may send documents for:

  • working out and/or approval of foreign economic contracts by the bank;
  • analysis and currency supervision of currency transactions;
  • financial monitoring of currency transactions, etc.

MyBank Internet Banking for private clients will provide the following services:

  • management of current, card, deposit and credit accounts;
  • payments and payment of bills (for utilities, mobile services, etc.);
  • generation of account statements;
  • instant card-to-card transfers and more.

Also, during the quarantine period, we advise our clients to refrain from using cash in favour of cashless and contactless payments.

We would like to remind clients that bank's branches are operating normally, but may only admit up to five clients at one time.
