How will cash applications in EUR and UAH be processed?
Orders for disbursement of funds in the national currency as well as in euros at bank branches will be fulfilled as usual. Disbursement of funds ordered in euros will be carried out on the next business day after the order is placed. If the order is submitted on 26 March, the disbursement will be carried out on 27 March.
How will other cash applications be processed?
Cash withdrawals from other foreign currency accounts (US dollars) are temporarily available in UAH without additional fees (for details, see the National Bank's website).
How can I make a withdrawal from a foreign currency account in UAH?
Please contact our Customer Support Centre and place an order for disbursement of funds at a branch that is convenient for you.
Are there restrictions on non-cash currency transactions?
No, you can make non-cash payments with a currency card without restriction in any shop and online. As advised by the National Bank of Ukraine, it is preferable to use non-cash payments during the quarantine period.
We would like to remind clients that, according to the National Bank, due to the termination of air travel and closure of borders, cash dollars and euros are delivered to Ukraine at a delay. At the same time, the regulator has launched operations to support banks with US dollars and euros in cash by exchanging them with the corresponding non-cash currency. On 19 March, 35 million euros in cash were provided to banking institutions.
The NBU transfers cash to the banks with the largest deposits. The list of these banks includes Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank.
