Change of operation for Pivdenny Bank branches during the quarantine period
Dear Clients!
Due to increased nationwide anti-epidemic measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus and to implement the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, temporary changes will be introduced in the operation of Pivdenny Bank branches.
As of 30 March, occupancy will be limited to one person per 10 square metres of area in Pivdenny Bank branches (including clients and employees). This will allow everyone present to maintain a distance of 1.5 metres from each other. The queue will be managed by an employee authorised by the bank.
While waiting for your turn to enter the branch, we recommend maintaining a distance of at least one metre from others. A bank employee will invite you inside as soon as you can be accommodated.
We would like to remind you that visitors without protective masks as well as those presenting symptoms of illness must unfortunately be denied service.
Pivdenny Bank advises clients to opt for cashless payments and use remote service channels via a chat bot, the Client Support Centre, mobile application, MyBank Internet banking and Client-Bank for business.
