Changes to tariffs for individual customers

Updated tariffs for services provided to individual customers through the Pivdenny Online mobile app will come into effect on 1 July 2026.

The tariffs introduce a new item confirming that electronic customer identification via the National Bank of Ukraine’s BankID system within the Pivdenny Online mobile app is free of charge.

The updated tariffs are available in the Tariffs section on the Bank’s website.

If a customer does not agree with the changes to service terms and tariffs, they may terminate the relevant service agreement before such changes take effect without any termination fee, provided that all outstanding obligations to the Bank have been fully settled.
