Changes to Bank Tariffs for Servicing Individuals
Starting from September 30, 2025, the updated tariffs come into effect:
- Tariffs for servicing current accounts with payment cards for individual clients are being updated due to the introduction of a new tariff Digital Card in the national currency for clients onboarded through the online registration process for new customers in the Pivdenny Online mobile app. The tariff “Digital Card” is not available to existing clients onboarded through bank branches.
- Tariffs for servicing individuals provided within the framework of the Comprehensive Banking Service Agreement (CBSA).
The changes concern the cancellation of fees for verification of the authenticity of banknotes, cash counting, and cash processing when conducting transactions between clients in national or foreign currency for customers belonging to the Premium segment according to the bank’s internal segmentation rules.
Updated limits for payment cards and ATMs of Pivdenny Bank also come into effect in terms of the establishment of a total limit for P2P transfers to cards of other banks in Ukraine, as well as to cards of Pivdenny Bank clients, for new customers who registered online through the Pivdenny Online mobile app.
The updated fees and limits are available in the tariffs section on the bank’s website.
If a client disagrees with the changes to the bank’s service terms and tariffs, they have the right to contact the bank to terminate the relevant agreement before the changes take effect, free of charge, after setting all outstanding debts to the bank, including any debt incurred within 30 days from the return of payment cards issued to the client or other cardholders.
