Changes to Bank Tariffs for Servicing Individuals

Starting from November 18, 2025, the updated tariffs for servicing current accounts using payment cards for individual clients will take effect.

Key changes:

1. New service Click to Pay has been introduced, allowing account holders to carry out payment card transactions online free of charge.
2. The offer for free unlimited access to business lounges at the airports under the Bezmezh tariff package with Visa Signature card for the cardholder and two guests has been prolonged until 30.06.2026. If the conditions are not met, the cost for Visa Platinum / Visa Signature cardholders constitutes $35.

The updated tariffs are available in the tariffs section on the bank’s website.

If a client disagrees with the updated service conditions or the bank’s tariffs, they have the right to contact the Bank before the effective date of such changes to terminate the relevant agreement without any payment for such termination, provided that all outstanding obligations to the Bank have been settled, including any debt incurred within 30 days as from the time of returning the payment cards issued to the client or other cardholders. Changes to the tariffs are considered accepted by the сlient if, by the effective date, the bank does not receive a notification of termination of the agreement.
