Changes to Bank Tariffs for Servicing Individuals

Starting from December 2, 2025, the updated tariffs for servicing current accounts using payment cards for individual clients will take effect.

A new tariff has been added for the use of the service “Issuance of a payment card outside a bank branch in Ukraine”.

The updated tariffs are available in the tariffs section on the bank’s website.

If a client disagrees with the updated service conditions or tariffs, they have the right to contact the bank before the effective date to terminate the relevant agreement without any payment for such termination, provided all outstanding obligations to the bank have been settled, including any debt incurred within 30 days from the time of returning the payment cards issued to the client or other cardholders. The changes to the tariffs are considered accepted by the client if the bank does not receive a notification of the termination before the effective date.
