Changes to the Bank’s tariffs for servicing current accounts with payment cards for individual customers

Updated tariffs for servicing current accounts with payment cards for individual customers will come into effect on 1 July 2026.

The following changes have been introduced:

• the expanded offer under the tariff plan “Bezmezh” with a Visa Signature card has been extended until 31 December 2026, allowing the cardholder and two guests to enjoy unlimited complimentary access to airport business lounges and Fast Track services, subject to the applicable Visa International payment system requirements for transactions made with the premium card;
• the special offer for Pivdenny Bank employees under the tariff plan “Payroll Card” has been discontinued.

The updated tariffs and the applicable service fees are available in the Tariffs section of the Bank’s website.

If a customer does not agree with the changes to the service terms and tariffs, they have the right, before the effective date of such changes, to contact the Bank and terminate the relevant application agreement without incurring any termination fee, provided that all outstanding obligations to the Bank have been settled, including any amounts that become due within 30 days after the return of the payment card(s) issued to the customer or any additional cardholder(s). The tariff changes shall be deemed accepted unless the customer notifies the Bank of the termination of the agreement before the date on which the changes take effect.
