Changes to bank tariffs for servicing current accounts using payment cards for individual clients

Updated tariffs for servicing current accounts using payment cards for individual clients come into effect.

• From March 30, 2026, clients who hold current accounts under the Digital Card tariff plan will be able to order card delivery outside of bank branches within the territory of Ukraine.
• From April 1, 2026:

• PROSTIR National Payment System cards are entering full-scale operation with no changes to tariffs. They are available for order under the Card for Payments tariff within the Start tariff plan in hryvnias. More details at the link;
• until 30.06.2026 (inclusive), there is a special offer for bank employees within the Salary Card tariff.

If you do not agree with the changes to the terms of service and bank tariffs, you have the right to terminate the respective application-agreement before the effective date of such changes, without any termination fee, provided that all outstanding debt to the bank has been settled in full, including any debt incurred within 30 days from the return of the payment card issued to a client or other cardholders. The changes to the tariffs shall be deemed accepted by a client unless a client notifies the bank of the contract termination before the date on which the changes take effect.
